Description

This 'Goal Journal' is designed to be simple and easy-to-use. It encompasses 4 parts:

  1. Dreams and Annual Goals to jot down your life dreams or bucket lists and this-year goals.
  2. Quarterly goals to divide annual goals by quarters so that you can easily prioritize and get them done for sure.
  3. Monthly goals to further subdivide quarterly goals into monthly goals to be ascertain you can make it happens in 12 months.
  4. Daily actions The schedule helps you to quantify or rate your deeds or actions into -10, 0, +10. For example, if your goal is to lose 10 pounds, and you eat ice-cream and thus you rate yourself -10; you run this morning and you rate yourself +10; you sit all day long in the office and you rate yourself 0. Moreover, if you plan to have one more income stream, you read books about side hustle and you rate yourself +10. However, you chit-chat at the fountain for a couple hours and the topic does not relate to whatever bring you another income stream, you might wanna rate yourself -10. But if you ask your co-worker about the idea without further checking or researching yet, you may rate yourself now 0.

In this part of Daily actions, I add the last column, but not least important, Goal / Why. This is to remind you the goal and of course why or for who you intend to do it at the first place. I know it is just the narrow column. But it is worth it. You might wanna list you monthly goals or even your dreams in here and put why or for who to keep inspire or energize you to do things that make you stick with your goals / dreams. It works wonder for me and so do you.

I even have different color pens for each goals so I can skim quickly what goals I'm focusing this week or recently. I found later that I have too many goals and in fact I can only focus on a few things each year. It might be the same as you unless you delegate.

Sum the number up at the end of each and every day. You now know how well you do and how you can improve (in the space at the bottommost), relating to your goals / dreams.

The aims, what I'm going to do tomorrow, filling it out before you go to sleep, help you start fresh in the morning tomorrow because you already plan ahead. You sleep without worries and jump out after waking up as well as know right away what awaits.

5 Successes is to put your successes of the day. It helps improve self-esteem and confidence which are needed to accomplish goals / dreams.
